Agribusiness Risk Management

Our Management Risk service is dedicated to identifying, quantifying, evaluating, and managing the risks involved in the different spheres of agribusiness. To do that, we analyze all the factors that may influence your company's ability to obtain the expected results.

The end-product in this process is a strategic action plan designed to manage the previously found risks in order to help your company correct possible faults, whether these faults are human-, process-, or management-related, so that they do not compromise the achievement of the goals previously set.

The methods developed by Agrobiz are based on the combination of two Risk Management models used in the US and Australia. By so doing, we have created a model adapted to the needs of Brazilian producers. Scope:

Stages

Strategic Diagnosis

We study and identify your company's goals, and analyze its internal and external contexts. This first stage produces the scope of work, which defines the areas where the Risk Management process will be applied.

Critical Analysis

Performed by experts in different areas of agribusiness. In this stage, besides establishing the levels of tolerance to the risks inherent to the company, the efficiency of existing controls is assessed.

Strategic Risk Management

Includes analyzing, sizing, and managing each previously identified risk. The end-product is a Risk Management Plan in which all changes to practices, processes, or methods are recorded, along with the monitoring and control activities.
